A good friend of ours from Lexington will be participating in the World Kendo Championship in Tokyo next month. After a few emails and phone calls, we will be hosting a special practice for her on May 3rd at our usual time and place (Step-N-Out Dance Studio at 9:30 AM). It's rare for us to have visitors, so you should come so that you can get experience with people outside of our dojo, which will do wonders with improving your Kendo
On an unrelated note, I will not be able to open the dojo this coming Sunday for Iaido, so there will be no Iaido this weekend. Kendo will go on as scheduled at 9:30 AM.

Easter Sunday Practice
Due to Easter Sunday coming up (and I will be out of town), there will be no practice on Sunday, April 5th.

Happy New Year!
Happy New Year to all the swordsmen and swordswomen in the club! Practice will resume starting on Sunday, January 4th at the usual time and place. And since this is the first Sunday of the month, we will be performing Kendo kata.
